First Time Cleaning

If it has been a while since your house has had a good once-over, consider our first time detailed cleaning. Your place will sparkle like never before and you will be able feel relaxed and comfortable in your home without worrying about the long list of chores you should be doing.

When your Best Maids team is finished, all the items on the following to-do list will be complete:

  • Dust/polish Furniture within reach

  • Vacuum furniture and upholstery
  • Clean glass and mirrors area
  • Clean sliding glass doors
  • Clean front and back glass door
  • Lamp shades vacuum
  • Carpet ages vacuum
  • Vacuum carpet and vacuum behind furniture
  • Swipe or vacuum the floors
  • Stairways vacuum and wash
  • Damp wipe woodwork around windows and doors
  • Wash the floor
In the kitchen:
  • Wet wipe cabinets from outside
  • Clean and shine appliances outside
  • Clean inside and out of microwave
  • Clean countertops
  • Wipe items on countertop
  • Damp wipe chairs and table
  • Clean inside and out garbage can
  • General dusting
  • Clean window from inside above the sink
  • Clean the sink and shine
  • Wipe around the switches
  • Wash floor by hand
 In the bathroom
  • Clean tab and tiles around
  • Clean toilet inside and out
  • Clean shower/grout scrub
  • Clean and shine sink
  • Clean countertop
  • Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile
  • Fold towels
  • Clean outside the cabinets
  • Wipe items on vanity
  • Shake or vacuum rags
  • Vacuum floor
  • Wash floor by hand
In every bedroom:
  • Change linens and make bed
  • Dust furniture
  • Clean glass area
  • Clean TV screen (except flat screens)
  • Vacuum lamp shades
  • Clean visible area under the furniture
  • Wash floors
In the living area:
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum and wash floors
  • Vacuum and wash stairways
